Oh man, the Kings got a whole new team in the trade yesterday. B-52 is flying off to Chicago taking John Salmons with him. Apparently Quincy Douby was also waived. Man, they are cleaning house. The Maloofs must have been pretty mad at the King’s effort and record. We’ll see if they make any more moves before noon tomorrow. If the Kings can get off the bottom of the standings, I will be a happy fan. I wonder if we’ll get a new coach next. Hmmm…
The Begining Starts With the End
Four games into the new season and already the Kings are headed in the same direction of Niners and Raiders…nowhere fast. 125-91 come on! Either the 76ers are really, really good or the Kings are really bad. I’m not ready to call it a season, but they need to show us something positive.
Kings Start Today!
Today is the first day of an 82 game season for the Sacramento Kings. It should be interesting as this is a new, much younger team than we’ve had in a while. I think Francisco Garcia will emerge as the vocal leader of the team. Hopefully Kevin and Spencer grow even more into thier roles. It’s going to be a long season and I just want to see some good hustle from these guys. I’m not expecting a playoff spot, but it would be nice.
